painted thrifted dresser

As I've mentioned before, I love to frequent thrift and antique stores.  I'm able to get things with history that can't be found in the local retail stores.  So when I walked into the girls' room and realized that Bekah needed a better way to store her clothes, I kept my eyes pealed for a deal.
This little charmer was found in a thrift shop for $55.


Bekah's color of choice was purple.
I was going to glaze it but decided to leave it as is . . . for now.


I love the handles.

Sorry, no pictures of it's final resting place.  We still have a way to go in getting things organized.  Although I might show the mess in my own room, I won't embarrass Bekah.
Pictures of their room will have to come much later.
