driving success

Whew!  Another driving test past (yes, passed and in the past)!  Yesterday we went with the appropriate paperwork and Rachel took a driving test.  When the drive was done, she walked behind the examiner into the office but went right past without looking over at us (me and Bekah).  She even looked a little white.  That was my cue to follow.  The examiner proceeded to ask Rachel what the procedure was to back up (oh no! she didn't look behind her! we talked about that a lot).  The tension grew as they talked back and forth a little. Then as he was about to explain the hand on the back of the passenger seat, he stopped and said, "you look nervous so I'll just tell you that you passed but only because you did look behind you ... finally."  We both breathed a sigh of relief.  Drama averted.
