Happy Birthday Jacob!

As I finally climb into bed, after a long day of unpacking, I want to take a minute and wish my wonderful son Jacob a happy birthday.  I know he won't see this until tomorrow (unless he's up later than me of course) but I want him to know how much I love him.  I'm grateful to be his mother.  These 18 years have been a true blessing.  I hope you had a great birthday!  Miss and love you!
