Sweety Peety's 12!

Although he doesn't have email or facebook, I'd like to recognize that it was Matthew's 12th b-day today. Yea!!   He had a friend spend the night (only allowed for b-days) then he and a couple of his new friends played paintball to celebrate this day.

But more importantly, he can now receive the priesthood.  This will give him the opportunity to partner with the Lord in doing service for his family and others, which fits him just fine.

He has always been eager to help others.

He's small of stature, but big of heart.

"good thing":  Finally had a date with hubby after 4 weeks.  It was nice to get away to the movies.  We saw "The Help".  I highly recommend it if you haven't seen it already.  Great inspiration!

Good movie! 100+ posts

Looking for a feel good movie?  Joseph and I went to see Soul Surfer on Friday and loved it.  It's based on a true story of Bethany Hamilton who lost her arm in a shark attack.  We highly recommend seeing it.  The theatre audience even broke out in applause at the end.

It's one of the very few now a days that is rated PG (lots of bikinis though!) 

In an ever increasing violent sensual world, its nice  to be inspired by a faith filled movie. 

 Can I get paid for this plug? 

I realized earlier this week that I passed the 100th post (after more than a year of writing).  

 I'm now on 107.  Whoooohoooo!

Maybe this year will bring a few more.
